Pre-Order Information

When you place a pre-order you are paying for your item in advance, before it is produced or dispatched. This secures your size and colour from the limited allocation for that drop.

Pre-order items are not ready for immediate dispatch. Production begins after the pre-order window closes.

Each product shows an estimated dispatch window. These are estimates and may change based on production. We will always keep you updated by email and in your account if a date changes.

You can follow your order's progress through each production stage inside your account, from Pre-Order Confirmed through to Dispatched. We also send email updates at key milestones.

If your order contains items with different dispatch windows, we may ship them separately as each becomes ready, at no extra cost to you.

You may request to cancel a pre-order before it enters production by contacting us. Once an item is in production, cancellation may not be possible. See our Refund Policy for full details.
