By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not currently ready to ship and that you are purchasing it in advance.

Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for your pre-order to arrive and be prepared for dispatch. We recommend taking this timeframe into consideration before placing your order.

Will I be guaranteed my size?

Yes. Once your pre-order has been successfully placed, your selected size is reserved as part of your order, subject to availability and the terms stated on the product page.

Why do we offer pre-orders?

As a growing independent brand, we produce our pieces in limited quantities. Pre-orders allow us to better understand demand, minimise unnecessary stock and continue creating carefully designed pieces that represent our community and culture.

How long will my pre-order take?

Pre-orders typically take approximately 4–5 weeks to arrive and be ready for dispatch.

This timeframe includes the production and shipping process required to get your piece to us. Please note that 4–5 weeks is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date, as production, shipping or customs delays can occasionally occur.

Once your order arrives and is ready to be dispatched, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Can I order more than one item?

Yes. However, if your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

If you would like your in-stock item sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
